I know a great Christian woman who cuts hair for a living. That's her occupation. That's how she makes a living. She is superb at it. Why is it that when Christians come to her store they expect [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] a "low cost" simply because they go to the same Church that she attends? There are some who seek advice from this practice as a "believer low cost".

Now I'm not opposed to [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] finding discounts and offers, but not at someone else's expense. If somebody decides that they want to give me a haircut at no cost, or half value, out of affection, then that is fine. However to just anticipate that Christian companies are supposed to present discounts to all of the "brothers and sisters" [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is just not love. It is actually a sign of a poverty thoughts set. I will clarify that later.

For me to assume that my Christian brothers and sisters are obligated to provide me a less expensive worth is egocentric and it takes money away from them. Suppose you couldn't find a Christian for the service or product you wanted? What [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] would you do? You would end up paying someone the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] worth they charged.

I do know some Christians who are superb at doing [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] car repairs and some of them even do it as a business. And hardly per week or goes by that another Christian asks them for assist in fixing their automotive, expecting to pay little or nothing for companies rendered. That may be very selfish and, once more, an indication of a poverty mentality.

Here's a startling thought: pay your Christian brother or sister greater than they normally charge! Now that is a concept [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] that has love written throughout it. Why would you do that? To begin with it's indeed a blessing to have a Christian present a service or a product. If they function their enterprise with integrity and love, that love [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] will [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] have an impact on my [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] life. Secondly, by believing God's guarantees of abundance you can go over and past and provides more to the one that is offering you the service or product. That increases their prosperity. However, if you have a [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] poverty mentality, you're all the time searching for somebody to cost you much less for everything and expecting any Christian to give you a discount. Why not consider God's guarantees of prosperity, obtain His abundance, after which share that abundance with others?

Now I'd somewhat pay a Christian for a product or service, however there is another [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] aspect to this coin. Simply because I'm a Christian does that imply I've to find another Christian to offer my products and services? Suppose I do know a Christian who may get the job carried out, however not with the standard I require? Am I obligated to hire a Christian anyway after which have [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] inferior work finished? Some say that will be the "Christian thing to do." I say, "No."

If I hire you to repair my car I am anticipating you to know what you are doing and to do it proper the first time. If that does not happen then [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] I've wasted the money God gave me to steward, to not mention the time that I've lost. Perhaps the "Christian factor to do" would be to be honest and tell someone that their work shouldn't be the standard that it could be. Instead of feeling obligated to hire them, why not give them some cash in order that they can get the training they want so they can do quality work? Feeling sorry for somebody and then having them do a job that they or another person might want to re-do it's not serving to my brother or sister.

As a closing thought, why should not Christian companies be the very best businesses on the face of the earth? That takes much more than simply having a Christian sounding name. It means quality work. [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] It means integrity and honesty. It means working biblical ideas of giving extra value. Having a Christian business displays back on our Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. As a matter of reality, whether we personal a business or are merely employed by somebody, the "Christian thing to do" is to work heartily, ethically, and honestly with the love of God. Our gentle ought to so shine that everyone, Christians and non-Christians alike need our products and services.

Quartz is the most common mineral on the face of the Earth. Chemically, quartz is a compound called silicon dioxide, SiO2. As [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] a crystal, quartz is [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] used as a semiprecious gemstone. It is a relatively hard stone, 7 on the Mohs hardness scale.
Quartz is one of the most abundant mineral crystals and can take many forms. It is a piezoelectric material that moves when placed in an electric field. It has been applied in various devices as an oscillator. It is used extensively in industry and was used in radios and most of all it had its impact in the watch industry. It is very resistant to chemical weathering. A conchoidal fracture will result when this stone [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is struck and it has no cleavage.
In pure form, quartz is colorless, but it is commonly colored by [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] impurities. Rose quartz is a pink stone [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] often worn as crystal pendants or bead necklaces. Green is sometimes referred to as aventurine. Milky is a common mineral that is found in many different types of rocks. Pink or peach colored is called rose. Smoky is [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] generally transparent to [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] translucent that is gray to black in color. The most common and familiar inclusion in quartz is rutile. Rutilated is a variety of crystal that contains small needles of Rutile trapped inside.
Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz and is a popular gemstone. Amethyst is [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] the most highly valued stone in the group. Amethyst displays [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] shades of violet due to the presence of small amounts of Fe3+ ions. Amethyst is sometimes heat treated to form citrine. On exposure to heat, amethyst generally becomes yellow, and much of the cairngorm or yellow quartz of jewelry [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is said to be merely "burnt amethyst.
Ametrine occurs naturally and is the combination of amethyst and citrine in the same crystal. Ametrine is a variety of quartz that contains both amethyst and citrine sectors in the same crystal. Ametrine is a real gemstone variety [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] mostly found in Bolivia. Ametrine is a very durable gemstone suited for everyday wear.
Citrine is [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] a macrocrystalline variety of the mineral Quartz (SiO2). Sometimes you will hear citrine referred to as topaz, which is incorrect. Citrine includes yellow to gold to orange brown shades of transparent quartz. Citrine crystals can [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] form together with amethyst or smoky to form ametrine and bi-colored. Most commercial citrine is in fact artificially heated amethyst or smoky quartz. Citrine crystals can form together with amethyst [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to form ametrine, or with smoky quartz to form bicolored quartz. One of the most durable gemstones, citrine gets its name from [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] the French for lemon, in honor of its vibra
